Per requests from blind Greenbelt community members, CDCG held sessions with sighted, blind and low-vision persons to create a pathway forward to truly inclusive meetings. This proposal, which contains all the participant feedback, is intended for use by EVERYONE. It is our hope and intention that the outlined practices are incorporated into meetings held throughout Greenbelt (and beyond) and become standard operating procedure.
